I'm thinking about growing some kale since I also like the taste and I feel like my squirrel troops trust me more when they see me eating the same peanuts I feed them so maybe it will work for the rabbits tooNigger, rabbits don't normally eat carrots. That's a myth caused by Bugs Bunny parodying a Clark Gable movie where he eats a raw carrot during a scene.
They can eat carrots occasionally, as a treat, but not more than a couple times a week; they've got too much sugar for them.
They need fresh hay, but if you're going for non-pet specific foods, give them green leafy vegetables, spinach, lettuce, celery, broccoli leaves, etc.
