When he talks about drawing on god's temple he's referring to I/O output being buffered by his own internal CPU single computes and computational drawing clocking from the single clock output, but he's really saying that he wants VGA/graphical processing to be done with frame buffers from the I/O ports only at 16 colours which is how he could use limited computational power to create such graphics within god's temple. Kind of how the N64 draws it's distance.
His lucidity makes him revert back to basic computational power where we don't have the usual GPU processing we have nowadays, but one that can only compute so many colors at the same time and draw distances. His sentence was utter nonsense to me but someone much smarter than me might be able to make sense of it. I do like elephants, don't hate me because Terry is/was smarter than me.
Layers being put on top of text costs a lot more than drawing mathematical triangle drawing, technically adding layers on anything is very GPU intensive until you separate them, Terry wasn't wrong here but I don't think he understood GPU threading. Making things faster is for the untermensch, doing this slower and better with higher CPU loads are better because it takes more RAM.
64 cores? Blasphemy. Why use separate clocks when you can have 64 colors? 16 cores is fine. Why hyperthread when it's not necessary? Crappy cores. Adding optimization on anything besides singlecores? Blasphemy.
Secondary importance, God's temple is primary important, because Fuck You. God's get the gold. You know the Russians put gold on their little onion domes, all the gold, all the gold goes to god. We're going to make the same amount of gross domestic product devoted to god as the middle ages, when they built cathedrils and they lived really poor and monasteries. Edit: for the record I realize how much of this sounds retarded if you read it outloud without segmentation and not following the video- however if you follow the video I believe it may shed some light on Terry's mental state at the time he spoke.
Terry's Lucidity was almost godly in a sense.
