The gist of the article is a Weimar drawing and then "shit like this is why the NSDAP had a classification for degenerate art", plus a mention of a Japanese artist (Tanioka Yasuji) who drew it to mock men who eat pussy(???), concluding with "this is a pornographic genre in Europe and America."
There is also a version of the article in Chinese, which mentions Tanioka and says that "butter dog" is a euphemism for male prostitutes. The longest paragraph can be rephrased as "this is degenerate animal abuse, and it is illegal in most societies to rape dogs. Anyone who does this deserves whatever disease they get."
