I recommend Waze, the user reports for police presence and speed traps is spot on, the routing is solid and learned some new routes through my own neighborhood. Cosmetic options are nice(lots of voices to pick from and car graphics) and all it does to monetize is recommend gas stations or restaurants occassionally.
