Personal hypothesis:
It's most likely not his traveling back to the US because it couldn't have been unplanned, there is no reason I can think of that he found a house and moved countries in an unplanned way.
I'm betting on the sickness part. He used to think he has bronchitis, which shows that the lungs are affected, and then he learned that he actually had the flu. One of the most common complication of the viral flu, which he thinks he has, is an evolution into pneumonia.
For anyone that ever had a good pneumonia, we know that it will take two weeks before we stop literally dying on our bed, find mind clarity again, and be able to speak without wheezing.

All that "pescatarian" bullshit made your immune system weak, Null! You should've eaten more beef and beef liver!
 
On the positive, can you imagine how much national productivity will improve with so many people actually doing their jobs instead of listening to Joah's tranny sperging in the middle of a work day?

Oh God, I might actually have to do my job tomorrow...
