Suggested this for a stream about a month ago but thought I'd give it another shot with added resources since Keemstar tweeted about it this past weekend and will be releasing a video on it.

IP2 streamer OnlyUseMeBlade's chat moderator and donator Willy2Guns visited his Kansas City streamer house back in July. He and Blade's Ex-Girlfriend Becky had just started dating.

While he was there he ingested prescription medications mixed with copious amounts of alcohol, passed out and fell on his head, went into a coma on stream and a month later we got news that he died in the hospital.
