This is incorrect, on yesterday's stream he said "not every game needs to be space station 13" when referring to Hogwarts Legacy being a graphically good looking game. So at best this is the first stream that he didn't reference SS13.Today's stream is something of a record for Josh. If my calculations are correct, this is the second Bad at Video Games stream in a row that he has managed to do without referencing Space Station 13. Absolutely unprecedented and a major achievement. Personally, I'm proud of our boy.
I must have missed that bit. What a shame. I retract my commendation. This is incorrect, on yesterday's stream he said "not every game needs to be space station 13" when referring to Hogwarts Legacy being a graphically good looking game. That stuff is expensive in yourope. If you've never left your home county for long, the food difference is a greater hurdle than "just make your own" and the food homesickness gets pretty unbearable. There's always an ingredient or two that ties the whole thing together that you can't get without importing. I've known of Europeans in the U.S. who go through the effort and cost of importing flour because ours doesn't taste right.Just make your own Mexican food. I don't know if they sell taco mix wherever you are, but I'm sure they sell the stuff needed to make your own.
Huh. Just checked the prices for some of the spices in Ukraine, and you're not kidding. Ground cumin is like $15 in Ukraine, and $35 in Belarus. And that's just one of the spices in the recipe I found. Taco mix alone is around the same price as the ground cumin alone ($16 in Ukraine and $40-$50 in Belarus). That stuff is expensive in yourope. Really, it's not that far off. Tex-Mex food is far superior to "authentic" Mexican food, which tends to consist of several varieties of brown slop. Tasty brown slop at times, don't get me wrong, but brown slop nevertheless.I swear Josh said something like "you can't get good Mexican food outside the US" in today's stream. While I'm sure he meant "North America", it's still funny to imagine that his gold standard of good Mexican food cannot be found in Mexico. Only Florida.
May I say that that's just the perfect place to cut that image. "divisive topic amongst gamers because it is based."God damn, they're just straight up saying it out loud now.
Also literally every part of the post box that is not the text I type is borked to hell and back right now.

Spoken like a person who has never seen haggis quesadillas being sold in the UK.Imagine missing Mexican food when you can eat European food. Mexican food is literally all the same slop assembled in different ways, usually so you can slam it in your gullet as fast and conveniently as possible using your hands instead of cutlery. You know food is shitty when you have to put on tons of hot sauce to mask the flavors. Google tells me there's several places to get Mexican food in Belgrade, but it probably doesn't taste the same cause it's made with fresh ingredients and real cheese and doesn't give you diarrhea for days.
Nobody considers UK to be "European". They are anglo.Spoken like a person who has never seen haggis quesadillas being sold in the UK.
