The editor should just do what Josh mentioned in the last stream and cut the audio entirely from the swear words instead of inserting any annoying/distracting sound effects.

Essentially this, a lot of people were left to fend off for themselves because even their own law enforcement is controlled by thugs and other assortment of criminals, it is not strange nowadays to see in the news that someone got lynched for being a pervert or a thief because police either wont do anything or actively protect the criminal, the goverment was considering doing the communist shit of either forcing you to take some ramdom homeless nigger in your house or take the property from you but this never materialized because a few of the goverment workers that were going home from home doing census and threatening to take people's homes reappeared with their heads chopped off in a lot of states so they stopped pushing that.

Uh, so yeah, that's kinda shitty, um, but Patrick never makes it easy on himself, if at all possible. All you had to- if you don't know, by the way, Patrick's, like, entire, like, troll career started- I would eat the pepperoni. Fuck yeah, I would eat the pepperoni. Especially if the pepperoni was made of Sargon. I maintain that Sargon of Akkad is probably the tastiest person. If he was cooked up, I would take just the nibble to see if it would be something I would want more of.

But pepperoni made from black children is probably fine too.

Also, I think old school cartoon sound effects are a good idea. Note that these are just examples I took from Crack-Life Anniversary Campaign, a fantastic mod btw highly recommend playing it.
