For context, he was telling people not to get the clot shot, or as it was called back then the retard juice, and their employers wouldn't be able to fire everyone.

On dogs "consenting":
An animal cannot consent. You can make an argument, especially with a lot of male animals, that they're willing, but for the same reason a teenager can't give consent to an adult no matter how willing, neither can an animal. They lack the mental capacity for it, and I would argue on a MUCH more extreme level than a human teenager. Look, I was a teenage boy before. If an adult woman had propositioned me for sex when I was 14 years old, you can be damn sure I was willing. However, I couldn't consent. An animal, at best, has the mental maturity of a toddler, with the physical sexual maturity and often sex drive of a teenager. A human raping an animal is about the equivalent of an adult raping a mentally disabled teenager with the mind of a toddler.
