Pretty much, everything about nigger excuses are retarded. Japan had two nukes, Europe had two wars and China had starvation, yet all these places now got well functioning infrastructures, even South America, that is memed to death for being a shithole too got a somewhat partially functioning countries (they can build airplanes!). I don't think he insinuates that, exactly. He mainly gripes about the economic effects of the scheme and says of course they are insular, don't integrate, and don't like you. He calls the whole thing tantamount to treason, and encourages people to use jobs.now to fuck up the permanent-H1B conspiracy as much as possible.
