They have giant red dots over their heads and aren't even looking at him. As for him shaking the mouse he probably just lifted it, also his sensitivity isn't really that high.

Flicking is a thing in every FPS game, just because you can't instantly kill someone with a headshot like cs doesn't mean it doesn't exist. If you can aim at an enemy faster you can kill them faster regardless of how many shots it takes.
Do you mean when he over/underflicks and has to adjust + start shooting? As for the flicking to enemies outside of pov the game has minimap + hit indicators to tell him where they are if he didn't already see them and he still goes way more off target than when he's aiming at someone onscreen.
The beta had the three smallest maps in the game two of which didn't even have planes or helis so this is the closest to cod this game will get.
Something else to note is how he moves with intent and has a mental visualization of the cover around him as he positions himself. I can tell you that his crosshair positioning paints him as an experienced FPS player too. It's important to round corners, cover and doorways with your crosshair on the edges of things.

I remembered seeing a video where a cop pulled over an armed and dangerous drug smuggler. There was supposed to be an APB out that this guy was very dangerous and to proceed with caution. But they never sent it out. The drug smuggler got out of his car with a rifle and shot the cop point blank in the head. As the cop fell over and as the guy drove away, you can hear the officers blood pour out on body cam. I think the officers name was Darian Jarrot

I mean that's all I really I want from AI. Just an opponent for old strategy games where you can tune it to be a challenge but it doesnt stomp you into the dirt by just giving it map hack and increased resource production.

Hard physical work might be exhausting and not always fun, but from my experience it's a lot more fulfilling when you finally get your well earned rest at the end of the day - you feel like you've done something of value, or at least gotten a pretty good workout from it.
