I think that applies when the shelter actually has an on-site working kitchen where the meals are prepared. HOC does have an on-site kitchen so would need a food service license. The Cannon shelter I haven't read anything indicating the shelter has an on-site kitchen, so likely the meals for the homeless are prepared some place else and brought in. Since it is a shelter there may be a health code problem with Lucas "cooking" in the toaster oven and like you said sharing his "food"/eating in the restroom and as @AnOminous noted, taking part of the toaster oven into the restroom.
 
I wonder if thats the only toaster oven at that place. I'd be so pissed of I had to wait forever while a loser manchild records making shitty food as if he was sticking it to the man or something.
I'd also be pissed if I wasnt able to use it because he destoryed the trays, you know, the ones he takes TO THE BATHROOM on occasion. Thats a fucking health hazard.
Its obvious that he had no intentions on cleaning up so it make me think that he assumes the staff does it for him.

This also shows his total lack of respect for anyone and anything. His entitlement has been strengthened by first his mom and now the govt since he has been taken care of half his life so on his mind he doesnt need to have any sense of manners or responsibility. Kids behave like he does, some even better haha

That is easily my favorite thing about incels. They look and behave just like Lucas, but demand women with super model looks. I think he was bullshitting on that test because he's got like 30-60% across most categories except for somehow 0 sadist and degradee with the only really high one being vanilla. He probably just tailored his answers to try to impress whoever he initially sent the test results to so i doubt its accurate

Also considering how he rages so hard about the imaginary orgies him having 19% non monogamous and 45% voyeur really doesnt make any sense

I also enjoyed that two of his dealbreakers are now "too dark" and "not dark enough", you have to be exactly the right shade. So progressive #BLM #NotRacist
