Lucas mostly did his entertaining screaming videos when he was walking the streets, which I assume he can't do anymore with his feet and general health. If he actually has his own room now, maybe we can return to better days. But, I doubt he has much freedom and he'll be scared to speak up within owner/other tenant earshot.
 
I personally can't wait until December 2016 when the 10 year anniversary of the Starbucks incident rolls around. 10 years without a millennial and later zoomer bae. Starbucks itself confirmed she was a teenager, it wasn't just coming from him. Again neither the media nor the cops would have been called at all if she'd been a legal adult
