But he has approached women. When he has it has not turned out well for him. Back in 2016 the hairdresser at a homeless shelter and he ended up banned. The bartender he gave his creeper note of his "need to be inside her". I'm sure he got banned from the bar. A girl at the bus plaza, he got kicked in the mouth. The Starbucks barista, an officer was waiting for him the next day and he was banned. Last year the incident with the nurse at HOC when she would not give him her phone no. He got banned from the shelter. It's not so much that he is afraid to approach a woman it's what happens when he does. Now he is concentrating on trying to manipulate women to come to him or for someone to find him a girl that is all primed and ready to meet and breed with him.

He hyperfixates on the concept of approaching women in public so intensely because that's the only way someone like him even encounters them. How many of you actually met your S/O at a bar or approached them out and about in public? Sure some of us have but I'll bet that's not the majority of how most people fall into relationships. He can't hack it at school, at work, doesn't do anything community related outside the realm of political spectacles, doesn't have anything in his life that puts two people together long enough to find interest in each other that way. He will always be on the outside looking in, making excuses why he's better than what it takes to actually meet someone. He knows shambling around in public is the only time a derelict like him is ever even in the same room with a woman.

One would think if your only hope of ever attracting someone is a few split seconds in public where you approach a physically attractive young woman and try to make a good enough impression that she'd ever want to see you again, you would care more about the way you look and the vibe you immediately give off. If he were capable of reaching that level of self awareness though he'd still fuck it up with his abrasive personality but this wouldn't be nearly as fun to watch.

...I also feel like his roommate didn't so much move out as he got tired of the smells and decided living on the streets or in shelters was the better option.
