Is there any Chinese lost media that isn't weird pornography?

I was obsessed with those HK action movies. They were hard as hell to find around here back then, so I watched whatever it was I could find. Then when it was getting close to 1997, it all turned to shit overnight. I was so sad. It was a combination of all the talent fleeing Hong Kong and ugly primitive CGI replacing practical effects.

And nobody in China seems to give a shit about preserving these movies. I can't order physical media from China anymore because nobody gives a damn about good transfers. They're often shitty DVD upscales.

I'll only buy from US or UK companies now and even those are a crapshoot.
