Indiana is one of those states with some weird fucking names for cities and towns. For example, Moscow, Indiana and Russiaville, Indiana. It's likely he comes from the former if everything was a lazy telephone and he didn't spend like 10 years in Russia as a child or something. Apparently around 20 states have a town named Moscow in them.

I'd never trust street drugs to be pure anything. They're cut with anything from baking soda to potentially dangerous filler chemicals including fent. Even a low dose of something you can't verify can fuck you up.

People who obsess over their vanity or trying to stay young forever tend to overlap with high porn consumerists or homosexuality so I think a covert trend amongst these lookmaxxers (the influencers themselves and their followers) is they're probably all afflicted with some form of hypersexuallity be it from rampant casual sex or porn addiction. It functions identically to any other addiction in that you need "stronger" doses just to get a hit once you plateau and it likely correlates with the length of time you've made vanity your primary focus online. It's a culture that emphasises pride, envy, and lust, so it's intrinsically caustic.
