. Rogers Communications is the largest telecoms company in Canada. I've been chatting to someone who claims to work in the offices, and according to them, it's a WOKE nightmare .
I need to verify if this kind of stuff is actually happening at Rogers, how bad it is, and if this is enforced company wide or just at the offices.
1: You will get fired for not embracing 'diversity' enough
2: You will get fired for not openly encouraging alphabet soup behavior in co-workers
3: During weekly meetings, it's mandatory to openly share your 'inner secrets & struggles'
4: Self diagnosed mental disabilities are highly encouraged
5: Those with more 'issues' are given promotions before normal people - even if they are not fully qualified for the position
Doesn't give me first hand information, and Glassdoor is known to remove "anti WOKE" reviews
3rd review down hints at something not being right with the company
