I suppose. My problem is that the first (rich/well connected) fuck that gets charged with this will have the foundation for a "really good" first amendment case. Until the law survives the court system the law is as impactful as the old sodomy laws. I want there to be zero questions when these people get arrested. I want that "um alktuhally it's art" bullshit excuse to no longer work. I know I'm splitting hairs and being pedantic but I am approaching this in a thorough manner. For me a law that isn't enforced is a meaningless law. And for stuff like this where there is a possible POTENTIAL of a first amendment violation going on, I would rather it be delt with by this conservative supreme Court while we still have it.


But I'm just lawsperging here. I want these people to have zero wiggle room.
