Exactly. People who spend the most time online are social outcasts, whereas people with real lives are not posting as much as social outcasts are. This is why Reddit is ran by troons. Troons have no lives and most leech off their parents or welfare, so they have the most time to dedicate towards being a janny. Something that's a common opinion on Reddit may not necessarily be a common opinion in the real world. If lolicon were completely normal, then they wouldn't all be faceless anonymous accounts, and they wouldn't have to make underground Discord servers - they would have no shame in showing their face or discussing it with real-life people, if it were normal.

Years and years ago I noticed I started becoming a little psychotic from all the insane things I would see on twitter, on reddit, on the news.
Then I realized the solution to that psychosis wasn't to try to keep on top of it at all times by reading everything, by being on constant alert... But actually to stop seeing that content as much.
People lie on the internet. People troll on the internet. People right now can say whatever they want on the internet (especially furfags, lgbt, leftoids, pedos, but I'm repeating myself here) including outrageous unhinged shit that would have everyone in a room stare at said person in silencehad it happened IRL. They can because MAANG + Reddit don't want your money directly, they want your attention which is worth more and will give them more money in the end. Social media websites want your engagement. It has been demonstrated negativity creates more engagement that positivity.

Here's a relevant stream a guy that does media analysis (he generally uses vtuber companies as examples since that whole industry is a shitshow, but not in this case) made about it. It's fucking long like a stutterer's pickup line, but it's pretty eye opening if you watch it over the course of a few days:

To add to your comment, pedos on both sides are also odten seen trying to justify lowering or outright abolishing age of consent in an attrmpt to normalize their deheneracy.

On the left there was a very strong movement in the last century where aoc was considered part of oppressive old world hierarchy and how children can be sexual at any age, many notorious french philosophers of 20th century were pedophiles or pedo apologists with the infamous french literates petition to gov to free some french pedo writer who raped a little girl, on the basis that she was willing or something. This movement declined somewhat but still goes strong in certain academic fields with them trying to push that crap in sex ed.

On the right, as part of the groyper adjacent and 4chan sphere it is very common to ramble how supposedly child marriage is le trad and based and how all your ancestors supposedly did that. They also like a lot posting that one pedo graph how supposedly most men find age of 13 girls as the most attractive and it being the prime natural age for impregnation; as well as that one photo of the guy from two centuries ago in some US backwater married a 9 year girl when he was himself near 30.

The former if they've been outed, the latter if they haven't yet. They mean whatever they think is most effective in the argument at hand with absolutely no regard for consistency, see "I don't like lolicon and it's fine if you think it's weird and gross" often being followed by "people shouldn't be bullied and called weird and gross for liking lolicon."

But the former makes no sense whatsoever. No one applies it to any other type of porn besides lolicon. If a woman masturbates to drawing of a woman, we understand she likes women. Using the same logic, if a woman masturbates to drawing of a girl, it means she likes children. Has nobody thought of this argument until now?

Plenty have. None of the pro-lolicon arguments make sense at all. They have no morals and no consistent values, all they care about is getting access to CSAM and children. According to lolicons, real pedos have zero interest in lolicon. But if the real pedos are jacking off to drawings of kids, then it's a separate issue and the two are entirely unrelated. Double but, if the real pedos are actually getting off to lolicon then it's a good thing because it gives them an outlet for their urges. They don't care that the "outlet for their urges" narrative makes zero sense and we have research proving that porn and extreme sexual fetishes/paraphilias are a slippery slope. They don't care that exactly zero of their arguments for lolicon are based in reality. Pedophiles do not operate off of reason, they operate off of "What can I do to get what I want?".

we already said these arguments hundreds of times (If you accept that masturbating to gay porn makes you gay as a man then you can apply the same logic for lolicon etc.)

Jokes on you, the japanese gov has been regulating and meddling in the anime industry since the early 90s. Before that it was seen as a niche that no sane person would give it a second look but after anime made it big out of Japan and they saw the money the industry as generating, the Japanese government considered the anime industry critical to the nation and ever since they have been regulating it and as of late, subsidizing it because making anime is becoming more and more expensive with smaller returns despite outsizing animation to China and North Korea. In fact, the only way to make money out of an anime series today is selling merch.
