Unfortunately I can attest to this based on what I've heard back in high school. Either the family doesn't want to deal with the drama so they don't talk about it, or they get called 'fast' and either shamed or praised for it. Obviously Libertarian circles have a reputation, and not without reason, but I've spoken to other chudtubers who are more in the auth-right about this and they've seen similar people infiltrating their communities too. I think it's becoming increasingly important to actively push back against these people, because otherwise they genuinely will sacrifice the future of American conservatism on the alter of promoting their attraction to children. I genuinely think these people, if normalized, will completely ruin everything.

So it's good to do some housecleaning in this regard, I guess. I don't think it's worth it to do YouTube if you're going to let pedophiles bully you into deciding the sort of content you make. It's a good thing to get these people out of my audience and I think those that don't do this will end up regretting it in the long term, because they're going to end up literally subservient to a mob of pedophilic gooners.

We call it a dog whistle, but it's more like a dog trumpet. Unlike many dogwhistle examples (e.g. "I'm just asking questions") it tends to be pretty obvious when it's being used like that vs used normally.

Most of the time, you can just look at it and ask yourself "does this normally make no sense as an emoji here?" and get your answer. A lot of normal people use to represent things like ironic sadness or laughing so hard you're crying, but when lolicons do it it tends to take the form of flooding a stream chat with "UUUOOOOOHHHH " when a loli character (or even more realistic child like with Pragmata) comes on screen or any loli-adjacent topic is mentioned. If I were to try to mind read, it's a way to signal solidarity and consensus: conveying something like "We lolicons are EVERYWHERE!" with an implication of "Don't cross us or you'll lose a big chunk of your audience AND make a bunch of enemies!"- backed up by a tendency for anti-lolicon videos to get taken down for some reason.

I've also seen people put these emojis in their Twitter bio to signal a pro-lolicon stance. There's much less normal crossover here so if you see a profile with one or especially both emojis in an X bio without context it's pretty safe to say it's the dog whistle.
