this is irrefutable in my view. this is a 100% phonebook for name and face, at the very least sena howard and the picture have been confirmed to be real since 2020.

She has been hiding in plain sight this entire time. A secret kept by the lolicons. That's a funny thing about information. If it isn't talked about, it doesn't exist. Somebody cared though, enough to archive all of this. I hope that person is happy now. His hard work paid off.

I mean, a vtuber's real name isn't like a power word. They're awful with opsec and clearing the Internet of their old identities, in general. If you really look you can find it.. I think vtuber fans just really want to pretend that the model is a real person.

Most 'big fans' of any vtuber very likely know their identity. Shondo's was a poorly kept secret for years among her fans that was winked and nudged about forever.

I've seen similar acknowledgements about other chuubas on TVA and /vt/ where particularly dedicated fans (single or multiple) sit on their oshii's phonebook as a flimsy proof of clout.

I think there's a great deal of satisfaction found by said people in phonebooking their oshii but then subsequently being the arbiter of if/when/where the details are disseminated.

A question I asked when first looking into it was "why is she so popular?". In short, she has been sanitized to hell and back. Hololive honestly did make her a super star. Her first two channels weren't failures. But she was just a Youtuber by all accounts. Had a few videos that popped off, but still normal. Then she signed that contract, put on the shark avatar, and suddenly she's singing for the Dodgers in front of a bunch of boomers:

I also would say Hololive was keeping her from going full Lolicon. She is on her own now. She is rich but wants more. She knows her audience is a bunch of knuckle dragging pedophiles.

So she left the company and created a Avatar to surpass Metal Gear. It is the Lolibot 9000. Meant to separate every pedo from their money. And it worked. I remember that first stream. There Was an endless supply of memberships rolling in. She is milking them for all they're worth and she doesn't care the moral rules she is breaking to do it.
 
A lesson of the sektur is if someone says something ironically, you should probably just take it at face value because it's more than likely poorly camouflaged damage control.
