It doesn't nearly crush her spirit enough. Pointing out her dead dad is looking down from heaven at the murder of his grand-son is better imo because then she might actually feel guilt for a micro-second and realize the impact of what she did

Can't agree. She's made a career for herself being in contention with patriarchs. The other way affirms that objective observers aren't buying the shit she's selling.

Who gives a shit who she's in contention with? Why should you play according to her rules?

If a child walks up to you and says 'nuh uh you can't come here the floor is lava' you don't try to find a clever way to make it to him without walking on the lava, you go straight over you take that last slice of pizza call him a nerd and eat it while he cries.

Same with her.

I think thanking her for not breeding is like a bridge over the lava. You agree to the means and the ends but for different reasons. She believes she's an empowered woman but you get to correct her that she's the dregs of society who has no place having children in the first place.
