I think the whole "all gays are pedos" thing is seen as distasteful even to those who dislike gays, but shit like her videos could easily tip someone in that direction.

Wow. It's really hard for random strangers to contact underage kids. Who would have thought?

And I am sick of kid activists. I love kids. Got my own. But, kids don't know anything. They think they do. They think they know more than Mom, Dad, teachers, and all other adults. But they do not. They haven't lived long enough to temper their idealism with realism. They honestly have zero solutions to offer that haven't been crafted by an adult. So, if it's the parent's idea, let the parent sell it. Using your cute kid as a marketing tool for your ideology is manipulative and creepy. If your idea is good, you don't need cute kids to deliver it.
 
I don't think she's a pedo as the actual definition of the word, I think she suffers the same problem Michael Jackson had: she can't interact with other people who aren't children. MJ did because he had a traumatic childhood himself so he was trying to BE a child in his personal life (with the terrible results we all know), while Lindsay here just cannot accept she's an adult. And because she has all that odd stupid sex language, it sounds ultra creepy. It feels like a ten years old talking about vaginas and homosexuality like she's been groomed by drag queens.

“Childlike Michael” was an act. There are quite a few vids on YT of Jackson using his normal, adult speaking voice, not the whispery falsetto he affected in public, that speak to his deception.

Much like how your ordinary workaday pedo is the cool guy on the block with all the rad vidya who’s “just a big kid himself”, Jackson used his Peter Pan persona as a lure. He was emotionally stunted certainly by the abuse he experienced as a kid, but that’s not the same as being a child. But he understood that acting like a kid— being silly, using scatalogical humor, emotional manipulation, and pitting “us kids” against those mean parents— would work as way to ingratiate himself to his victims.

Lindsay lacks boundaries around children and really seems not to understand why those boundaries exist in the first place. Jackson would fuck boys because he was a pedo; Lindsay would probably let a little kid in her care watch a “queer” sex act on Euphoria because she thinks it educational. Both are wrong, just the degree is different.

She probably does think of herself as another kid, in a role playing sense. Not because she’s mental deficient, but because of emotional immaturity— as you say she can’t accept she’s an adult. She’s been sheltered by her wealth, her posh upbringing, and her parents’ permissiveness. It probably baffles her that other adults look askance at her really fucking inappropriate behavior. She needs therapy.

Most non-junkie, non-exceptional humans are protective of their children, and suspicious of those who seek them out online for ANY REASON, much less queer kid activism, but how would poor, precious Lindsay know that?
