Even virgin no-fappers have sexual arousal, asexuality is the biggest lie ever told, even the 47 different genders are more reasonable.
Asexuality is a
definitely a thing. Sometimes the chemical receptors in the brain just aren't wired properly. Some asexuals can get physically aroused, but it completely lacks a desire for actual sex. Maybe you could compare it to a guy waking up with morning wood. The major problems that asexuals face is social pressure to date and the assumption that if you're not doing that, you're either incredibly fucked up mental health wise, or else you're sexually attracted to something so disgusting that you can't tell anyone about it.
I do think, however, that asexuality is massively overused by people who're either afraid of sex or intimacy, or else are trying to desperately to convince themselves that their lack of social skills towards the object of their desire is a choice as opposed to social failure.
I've been keeping an eye on the comments on the Intersex video, and it's been interesting.

Oh, and we're getting a lesson about race privilege, what wonderful news! Can't have Caucasians children growing up believing that they're equal to their classmates. We need to fix that right away. Caucasians should be taught self hate and to be ashamed of the colour of their skin, and that they're racist scum just because they exist.
