That and how the characters were sperging on about how there "hadn't been a female superhero before" made me never want to watch the show after catching a glimpse. First impressions are important and if your first impression is "pander to Tumblr," you're off to a rocky start with anyone who thinks that kind of bullshit is retarded. It'd also piss off a bunch of actual comics fans because it's patently false that there haven't been other female superheroes before and because 'girl' is used for stylistic purposes. It sounds less clunky than some of the other choices when it shows up.

But, yeah, figures that she'd like that kind of condescending pandering bullshit. A lot of these Tumblr types don't give a damn about the actual quality of the story or any of that, just that their politics are being pandered to. While it's all well and good for a story to get political or to have some sort of message, it has to be handled with some tact and a deeper understanding of the subject at hand. The Tumblr type shit does not, just spouting off buzzwords and looking for discrimination where there is none.

Kids tend to learn to lie pretty quickly, since when you tell your mom, "I was the one who broke the window," you get in trouble, but not when you say "Billy broke the window."
Like when a kid says "I'm (some genderfuck)," even if it's not true, you get treated really special, like it's your birthday all the time.
God I hate people who mess with kids' heads.

Apparently Lindsay's videos have been suggested on kids' channels across youtube.
Seriously though, does she actually expect Youtube to listen to her? They are notorious for ignoring problems on their site, but I'm sure this one tweet from an unpopular and hated youtuber will spark a change.

By "inappropriate, vulgar and bigoted" content to her actually means Anything that doesn't agree with her views and when anyone questions it.
 
Wow! Even a fundie family has more freedom of thought than the SJW family. The SJWs restrict their kin by not doing anything "masculine" and are most likely sour parents.

Children love feeling special and they crave attention from adults, some kids will even settle for negative attention as long as the adults are paying attention. If a very young kid is sat in front of one of Lindsay's videos what conclusions are they really suppose to come to other than "do this to be special and loved".

You kind of have to wonder how many transgender children are getting brought up this way only because they did a gender nonconforming thing once and realized it netted a lot of attention from a well-meaning "progressive" parent.
