Lindsay comes across as desperate and especially unhinged in that video, as if she's trying to convince herself of the things she is saying. The problem is that she is including children in her psychodrama. (Well, theoretical children, as I have doubts that parents have their kids watch her videos.)

Basically the usual brainless wanking, in other words. If you've no real talent to speak of, identity politics is really the only way to make yourself stand out. "Oh, you were assigned male at birth, and now you're proudly proclaiming your non binary identity by walking around in a hot pink mesh skirt? Well done, your life has meaning. The world will never be the same after seeing your strength and courage. I'm in awe. Really. No, I'm not being factious. I really do mean it. I'm in awe. I'm positively rolling in awe."Being a Cissy doesn't give her enough oppression points. Saying she's non-binary or gender queer will give her more labels and a bigger snowflake status. I can't wait to hear her explanation why she's non-binary. I bet it will something along the lines of ''I never liked pink girly stuff, my friends are mostly boys and I buy clothes from the men's section''.
'ang on a moment, why is there no B in LGBTQ on that chalkboard? Not sure if it has been posted but the only sane reaction to this thing is:

I'm not going to actually watch her videos, but have any brave Kiwis heard her explanation as to why she's leaving out the B?
Oh nah man, I know it's an actual thing and I've seen it in action. Sucks but is real.Bi erasure (nevermind the incredibly dramatic name) is a documented thing that exists (and has existed for a long, long time) whether inside the LGBTQ 'community' (it isn't unusual to see the L and G lambast the fact bisexuals are even accounted for in the acronym, it's just a big race for who gets the most attention) or outside of it
To put it clumsily but briefly being bisexual carries with it a certain societal stigma (being a fence sitter etc. etc.) and it's a stigma that exists even within the communities like those Lindsay no doubt frequents (you'll often hear these people propagate the Q and T as an identity and the L and G as a sexuality, anything that might express an interest in the opposite sex is positively haram)
tl;dr some people think bisexuals "don't count" and I'm pretty sure Lindsay is one of them
LG_TOh nah man, I know it's an actual thing and I've seen it in action. Sucks but is real.
I'm genuinely curious about why she's choosing to actively leave it off. Considering how tiptoey around these kind of topics she is you'd think she'd at least leave it in the acronym. Maybe not talk about it, but leave it in the acronym anyway. To not do so is extremely conspicuous

I guarantee it's because "bisexual" implies that there are only two genders. A lot of people think the term is offensive and you should use "pansexual" or "queer" instead.
(There are also people who think you can use "bisexual" if you are specifically attracted to two out of all the many genders, so if you're attracted to "women" and "demigirls" then they would consider that bisexual.)
