I'll admit that there's a very nice novelty to dating other bisexuals. You can have the same celebrity crushes, won't cramp the other's jean based style, etc. etc.
On a more serious note, gay/straight partners will do shit like assume you're going to leave them for the other sex, or think just because you can like the sex they aren't it means that you are incapable of dedication. Not that every gay or straight person I've been out with has thought that, but it's a form of jealousy that can understandably develop in that situation.
A bisexual partner will understand that being bi doesn't mean that. Instead, their jealousy will manifest in other ways! Such is love.
At the end of the day I've got no real preference for the sexuality of who I go out with. No reason to have one, people are people and I've never been the one to cheat anyways, always the cheated on.

Bollocks. In the fucking middle east where gays have no rights or legal acknowlledgement homosexuality borders transgenderism, because its a super repressed society with rigidly enforced gender stereotypes so gay bottoms feel they have to "become women", and infact in Iran they are legally enforced to get SRS. In the west we have the "right" to pretty much walk about naked on the streets and have sex at "pride parades", which is gross sure, but we also have to right to live open, married, dignified happy lives and not face fucking discrimination. Gays having rights and political representation in all aspects of media and politics (left and right) is what will inevitably fix the problems of the gay community, whereas discrimination pushes it to the extreme. Having "role models" and respectable gay personalities being promoted is a right that western society has granted us and its why the gay communities in more accepting (but NOT athiest and hypergamous) societies are generally better, just compare the high gay marriage rates in Utah to homophobic places like eastern europe, which has probably the worst gay scene in the EU
More rights and representation = good

Fact of the matter is that people are awful, and if somehow straight people were put under the same scrutiny as gay people, they'd look no better than gay culture does under the scrutiny it has has had in the past. The modern man is awful, ungrateful, hedonsitic, and immoral, @Vingle, not just the modern gay. And as far as I know, it isn't just the modern man. People have been pretty awful throughout all of time.
I still like people, though. I'm not a doomer, really, I just know better than to assume man is good by nature.
