Yeah but the thing is you can't be a twink forever. It's a good question to ask, how many Mtfs are just huge homos that aged out of being cute? The way I see it, age catches up no matter what. Better to just adapt to your aging body then prolong the inevitable and damage your mind and body. Typically, you can't get away with looking or dressing the way you did when you were younger, but you can change your style and such to better suit you so you don't look like an autistic man-baby.

Yeah, but I can see why someone could be fooled into thinking wanting to be cute and feminine = wanting to be a girl, and trannies are celebrities nowadays. They are stunning and brave, they run for congress, they beat women in beauty and sports competitions.

This isn't necessarily true. If the surgeon knows what they're doing post-op MtF trannies can still get off. Sometimes it is the happier option anyway, orgasming be damned though. For some people, that is.

I've seen a lot of SRS regret posts on tranny subreddits. Not because of the loss of sexual function per se, but because of the amount of work that it takes to basically permanently keep a gaping wound open, and because of the pain, and because a lot of them go to surgeons who don't know what they're doing.

That's true. I feel kinda bad for them.
I really see the complete removal of 99% of therapeutic gatekeeping when it comes to hormones and surgeries for trannies as a super, super, super bad idea that is not going to end well.
