Aside from that, I love reading stories about the soldiers talking about their experiences in the trenches and No Man's Land.
Meh, my Grandpa was actually believed to have died in WWII until he just showed up alive, to my grandmother's surprise. They then had another bunch of kids together (my mom included in that batch), but still. That's why my uncles are dead, but when they were alive they were the age you'd assume my grandparents were.

All I have to say is......Paths Of Glory No Man's Land scene.

I have no idea what that is. My grandpa was in Russia but he always kept it a secret what happened. He claimed he had just gotten stuck and worked on a farm, but the more you know the less realistic that was. He did walk to Finland though and turned up to my grandma's surprise since she had my uncle to take care of.

Oh well!

My grandfather, who is a Russian-Jew, is very into WW2 and the whole history of Hitler, which was kind of ironic to me since he's Jewish. But he was alive at that time so it makes sense to me.

To stay on topic, man, Jawbreaker is one of the gayest movies I've ever seen that doesn't actually feature gay men.

And if anyone tries to give me "what is Jawbreaker" I'm going to judge you all very hard.

what is jawbreaker?
I'm going to e-slap you.

That, Mallrats and Showgirls is an iconic trio of faggot movies.

I need to do a rewatch. Also, RIP, Rose McGowan was cute once before she went nuts and shaved her head. Although the whole thing with "Fern" aka Vylette and her obvious crush on Liz Purr is pretty damn gay.

By the way, I think this film started my love for really pale women and men.
