Based on the only person I know who openly calls herself queer (and nb and bi, guess who all my previous examples were based on), "queer cuisine" would be crisps (chips), prepackaged sandwiches, overpriced coffee (milkshakes), and microwave meals. And a lot of chocolate.

Brazil was colonized by Portugal so we have very similar cuisines. But you can find pretty much everything here, Brazil has all sorts of nationalities. Japan's biggest diaspora is located here

I lived with a self identified "queer" man at one point who almost exclusively ate KFC and Popeyes. Yes, he was white (well, Irish.) The one time he did cook, it was boiled corn, oats, rice, and ramen noodles (just the noodles, no flavoring packets) mixed together with tumeric and maple syrup. That is the only acceptable definition of queer cuisine in my eyes
