This may come as a surprise to you, but men experience sweat from their chest and biceps as well. If you move forward with surgery that removes your breasts, you will unfortunately continue to sweat. Maybe it will influence your decision-making process, or not. Just thought you should know.

Once, just once, I gave a chick that was a tad chubby a chance and I just couldn't get over how bad she would smell after a short while walking/hiking, 'cause fat people just stink worse when they get sweaty. Totally get why you'd make that a policy.
I imagine with men it'd be even worse, which leads me to this question because I've never thought about it - do men smell "better" if you're gay? I realize we have no way to get a common reference point but I think there's a base "male" smell and a base "female" smell, something you just get from skin.
I've always noticed that men by default don't smell "right" to me, even the ones where I can take a step back and realize that they are objectively attractive. Do you have the same thing with women, them just not smelling "right", while men do?

Tbf, I just think fat people are icky to look at. I don't even know how they smell. But I do have smelled men in the gym, middle aged dudes that are reasonable fit. But just seems gross and looks like a creep to me at least. They smell like cat poo, and they're fucking drenched in sweat. To me, it seems like it's a medical problem they don't care to fix.

this is gonna sound retarded but I think it depends on genetics and ethnicity. some people absolutely reek but for some reason the people in my family all sweat with a very distinctive smell. like I think mexicans, indians, middle easterners reek but east asians don't have that much BO.

Genetics maybe, but I doubt race plays a factor.

It's more of an hygiene thing imo. Hell, the similar smell is likely because they use the same brand of deodorant.

Fat people generally don't have the best hygiene, so of course they smell all gross when they start sweating.

The "ABCC11" Gene has 2 major variants, one of which is responsible for flaky, rather than liquid, earwax AND a marked difference in (underarm) sweat - which in the variant most commonly found in south east asia (in Korea I think over 95% of people have that variant, with the rest of asia+parts of siberia it varies) causes essentially little to no armpit smell and less acrid sweat smell in general.
Deodorant essentially isn't a thing for Koreans and unnecessary for most people with that genotype.
