To be honest, I'm not sure what the difference is. I suppose it would be more accurate to call pansexuality omnisexuality, as pansexuals are attracted to people regardless of gender. Bisexuality is similar, but it's more about being attracted to men and women.

Are you actually into lesbianism? Or are you just crazy like @DirkBloodStormKing?
 
Used to consider myself a lesbian, but now I just consider myself bisexual with a very strong preference for women.
My preference for women has nothing to do with dicks, it's more of who it was attached to that I didn't like. I don't find masculine things like muscles or body/facial hair attractive and generally prefer feminine/androgynous looking guys.
