An alliance of necessity for whom? Gay acceptance and rights in the West were at an all-time high right before the TQ+ nonsense started getting traction. Gay acceptance and rights have been on the decline ever since, because we've been co-opted to promote the trans agenda and big pharma/eugenics as well as bamboozled by divisive identity politics that alienate straight people.
As long as gay and bisexual people don't realize that the TQ+, the flags and the segregated "communities" are pure idiocy, we'll keep getting the short end of the stick and society will (rightfully) want to shun us out.

I'd love to see real evidence of this, as I've never heard about it. I know both pedos and troons (and there's often a big overlap between the two) have been very vocal about co-opting the gay rights movement and shielding and camouflaging themselves in it.
As long as gay people are complacent and don't set boundaries, we're gonna get associated with the worst scum of society. But most (even a lot of straight people) are deceived by talks of "compassion".

That's a great thread, but it's attempting to do something different. It's posing the question of "should LGB drop the TQ". That's not what I'm doing. This thread assumes that indeed, homosexual and bisexual people have nothing to do, and are completely separate from gender mental diarrhea.
That established, heterosexual, homosexual and bisexual people can feel free to post about whatever the heck they want in here, knowing that they're not being lumped in with gender ideology bullshit.

Or they can post in the other thread and continue to lump themselves with gender ideology. It's up to the individual. Freedom.

Whether you think what I'm posting here is of substance or not, or "pertinent to the topic" is of no concern to me. But what do you consider "of substance"? You seem to be somewhat anxious about the fact that this thread exists, for some weird reason. You don't have to interact with it if you don't want to, you know?

That's not much of a revelation, honestly. I'm not sure if I truly buy that you've never heard of this before. In the 90's, the ILGA was infamously pitchforked out of the UN because they still admitted NAMBLA and other minor (no pun intended) pedo groups as permanent members, an allyship that had spanned several decades by that point.

But beyond this allyship, and I guess more to the point I originally made, the ILGA in particular was so desperate for social/political traction in the beginning that they outright campaigned not just on a platform of "gay rights" but on total obliteration of any kind of sexual repression. They strongly encouraged all sexual minorities to band together, pedophiles included.

That's very interesting, and no, I'd never heard about any of this. I don't even know any of those acronyms. I'm not from the US, and I assume most of that is US based. The fight for gay rights hasn't been an exclusive thing to the US.

Also, I'm always weary of NGOs, non-profits and organizations in general. Regardless of what their (stated) political goals are, there's often more than meets the eye.

Since the world is run by pedos, I wouldn't be surprised if many of these apparently "grass roots" organizations have been astroturfed from the beginning. They also often co-opt the hard work that individual activists have been doing for years, when things start to gain traction.

And that's another reason why I don't like any of these acronyms, flags and groupings. They're extremely susceptible to being taken over by governments, "expert" organizations, non-profits or corporations. Eventually, the best thing that can happen is that no one even cares about these labels because we're all just human and division through superficial traits that we have no control over is pointless and anti-human.

People who come here  solely for free speech purposes are usually farther to the Right, and use the site's debate forums to post things that would get them banned from mainstream social media. You're not going to win good boy points with them by posting "LGB, hold the T" talking points. To them, you are and always will be just another pozzed-out degenerate. The rest of us have varied political and social views, are primarily here for lolcow threads, and just see the relative lack of censorship as a nice bonus that allows us to express a few takes that might have a pinch too much spice for Facebook.

TL;DR, While it may not break any written or unwritten rules, there really just isn't an audience for this thread.
