Also I have proofread all of the posts in this thread, replaced the video links with permanent files and adjusted all of the image sizes to be consistent. Adjusting the images was the biggest pain in the ass ever, so I'm going to avoid having to do that with the next thread if I can. There's now a table of contents in the op.
