Think in the style of Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, or Yugioh.

Each race should have its own mechanics and playstyles, and I think this is a good start:

Japanese: Their core mechanic is pre-installed autism on all cards.

Blacks: Hyper aggressive, "Nigger" trigger words, and top end consisting of things like "Big Nig'" while having some combat tricks like Dindu and that one good photo where they're not holding a gun or have their pants falling off.

Jews: Their mechanic is stealing resources from others. Hila Monster removes all Palestenian children from play.

Mexicans: Build mechanics, can be allied with others by using a Home Depot.

Whites: Good credit score, meth bonus to combat. Spooky ghost costumes?

Italians: They pretend to be white.

Slavs: Alcoholism
 
"Japanese" isn't a race, you are going to need to develop a complex system of sub-races so you'd have the Asian race with +1 to intelligence but -1 to sight, and then the japanese sub race with all the effects from the asian race but also +1 to piloting giant robots or something.

Also, look at how much more attention you gave Blacks than any other of your "races". You wrote twice as much for them as any other race. You must be American, so you should add the American subrace to Whites, where all Black cards have to be played first before any other race's cards can be played.

We've simmed it a million times, you run out the Ho-ho-holocaust, and a cool six million, that hard locks the Third Reich progression track and converts most of their resources into troonshine.
 
Asians: Hero cards include Tojo, Mao, Pol Pot, and Bruce Lee. Regular cards include Roof Koreans, Rice Farmers, and Shaolin Monks. Focused on dealing Culture and Magic damage, with a few cards with good Physical and Economic damage.

Blacks: Hero cards include Idi Amin, George Floyd, Yeezy, Malcom X, Robert Mugabe, and Tarique Nasheed. Regular cards include Lootie, Gangbangers, Somalian Pirates, Supernigger and Tyrones. Focused on Physical damage, but with some Cultural and Magic (voodoo) Damage cards.

Jews: Hero cards include George Soros, Donald Trump, Leon Trotsky, Harvey Weinstein, and Bernie Madoff. Regular cards include Mossad Agents, Happy Merchants, and Hollywood Executives. Heavily focused on Economic damage, but with the gimmick that they can grab cards from other decks.

Whites: Hero cards include Derick Chavin, Hitler, Pepe, Nick Fuentes, Yakub, and George Lincoln Rockwell. Regular cards include Methheads, Crackers, 8chan users, SovCits (they have a special rule where they can negate any other invoked rule, but it removes them from play) and Cops. Whites are good at Economic and Cultural damage, but have some specialized Physical cards.
 
When a "Italian-American" card is played, the player must inform each other player, individually, that the card being played is Italian.. Any time another player mentions an Italian American card, the original player must confirm that yes, the card in question is in fact Italian.
 
So what are the victory conditions for each faction? I figure each faction should have a unique condition and each other faction has some way to disrupt it.

At least one of the White subfactions should have an optional "Total Nigger Death" victory condition in the event the opposing faction is running blacks.

Also, for formats there can be Ethnostate where you build from one core faction, and then another being Melting Pot where you can run a mix, and some cards have interactions when in play together in the Melting Pot format.
 
Chinamen: can mass reproduced. cannot build bonds with with another. made of explosive material. Buildings have lower defense. Can only build what another race already built. 20% incel range. Their women crave the white boy dick
