Frankly, I found Melissa McCarthy and her character to be the most disgusting of the spawn, but Leslie Jones caps it all as the big black cherry floating in a melted pool of ice cream.
 
This is just sad. By "sad" I of course mean deargodmyfuckingsides. Twitter tantrums are not very becoming of anyone. Especially someone who supposedly a comedian since they should be the best at deflecting crap like this.
 
This is a lovely example of what happens when you promote people based on race instead of ability.

Seriously, deflecting hecklers is Comedy 101. She is proving that she needs a new job since comedian isn't for her.
 
The fact that she's responding to pretty much each and every troll makes this even more pathetic.
That and the playground-level clapbacks.

The truly funny part is that she knows she could make this stop just by admitting that, yes, they all knew the movie was bad when they were making it. But no doubt her contract has something about not disparaging the product, so her next-best option is somehow this.

This really is a disaster. She has pretty much nuked her credibility in less than a day, only by responding to Twitter trolls. Even CWC somewhat learned how not to feed the trolls. This is just embarrassing on her part.
