The Bible says lots of things, and many of those things contradict other things. Some sects take some parts literally and some parts figuratively. "Interpret the Bible exactly like I do or else you're a hypocrite" isn't an argument that has ever worked from believer to believer, why would it work from non-believer to believer?

There's also the fact that communism is a self-described anti-religious materialist ideology. There's a big difference between taking a vow of poverty to devote yourself to charity and a communist utopia where everyone can mindlessly consoom without worrying about budgeting.

Absolutely. Imperialism is only an issue when whytpipo did it, the Aztecs, Mongols, Ottomans, Zulus, Mughals etc etc don’t count because they’re brown.
