These are exactly like shitty long-winded jokes that lead to nowhere with the extra steps of trying to make you hate yourself for being "privileged".
I love a long-form joke that sets up a satisfying punchline and doesn't need any explanation either.

These memes, on the other hand, require people to read god-awful long boring essays by a random "progressive" uni prof. getting high off their own farts to get while not even being funny.

Leftist memes also don't work for me because they often use 'sophisticated language' or Upper Echelon Gamer speak as I like to call it. The reason "Orange Man Bad" along with an NPC is funny is because it's an oversimplification of a cliche argument said over and over again by the same people. Leftist memes on the other hand come from a superiority complex. The "I'm smarter than you" mentality and it's blatantly apparent with the over use of big words.
