Notice that our lovely friend Serfs doesn't even attempt to deny the accusations (because the hospital IS, in fact, mutilating children). Instead he tries to redirect to the hospital receiving scary emails.
Exposing groomers makes you the bad guy to groomers, who get very upset by the threat of going to jail, or just losing access to children, or being forced to moderate their behavior around children.
