The fact that people will work without a profit motive is true, it's just that a profit motive is one of the gentler ways of getting enough people to do enough uncomfortable jobs to meet the needs of society. Especially when compared with the alternatives: starvation, el commissar with his AKM says you must work or face the wall, slavery. Of course when communists try out their system they always seem to pick one of those three, never some magical fourth solution that's simultaneously as effective and kinder than a profit motive.
 
The difference between a right-wing hobbyist is that he works his day job to fiddle with his hobby, while the left-wing hobbyist expects big daddy government to pay him to fiddle with his hobby.

They make mountains out of molehills all the time. The left will build up horrible strawman incidents like see how Texas hassled those poor brown girls wanting abortion.

Even though the realistic the matter is most of them can still go out of state, and people putting bounties on females having abortions is illegal under current law.

They always act like its the actual women getting the target and not the clinics doing to abortions.

If I remember correctly the law is basically just "up to $10,000 if you report someone offering under-the-table abortion services", not 100% certain though.

Said "home" is also probably a shoebox condo anyway, not a proper house. And that's even if the home is real. A lot of Chinese men only have their own homes on paper, while still living in some shitty apartment hundreds of miles away from the official home, which may have collapsed a long time ago.
