I am the king of doubleposts!

Without PL'ing I'll just say I've done work with Dole before. That appears to be a Dole brand fruit cup, based on the packaging. Dole is the biggest fresh fruit company in the world. They took in ~$9,700,000,000 of revenue last year. This is literally what efficiency looks like, or else Dole wouldn't do it. They do whatever the most efficient production/packaging option is, because they're in the business of making money off producing and packaging fruit.

It's overwhelmingly likely that the reason the pears make that voyage and back is because of economic incentives. This means that there are market distortions so profound that you can sail fruit halfway around the globe and back and it's still cheaper than packaging it in the Americas. That's not a Dole problem, that's an Americas problem. If you want the product packaged in the Americas, remove whatever distortion it is that disincentivizes Dole from doing so. Make it easier for them to do thermoforming in the origin country. Make it so that workers who would likely love to have a job in the packaging process can be wage competitive with the Thai.

Independently of Leftist retardation, it is quite wasteful resource-wise to do such a massive detour to benefit from lower labour costs. Because it is cheap for the sand niggers to extract oil for transportation and the economies of scale for shipping, it does not mean that there is no waste. The Earth's sources are finite, and this hyperconsumerist culture afforded by those extremely cheap goods worsens the situation. Mind that if those products were made/packaged in the country of sale, while they would be more expensive, they would contribute to the local economy, and their more expensive nature would reduce waste. Of course, that requires a protectionist economy instead of this free-market insanity in which we live. Now in regards to agricultural products both the US and the EU are highly protectionist due to their massive subsidies to that sector, which while it keeps food prices low, creates absurd waste. Also, all this produced food favours an unsustainable population explosion in the Third World.

Agreed. I’m mostly speaking in terms of financial efficiency, which is the framework that them meme itself concerns itself with.

Yeah, this comes down to the fact that the equipment for packing things isn't always available where that thing is grown. That should be rectified to remove the costs of transportation, but sometimes you have to work with what you've got.
Also I'm contributing some more

Are they learning? They got first two panels right.

I love how the magazine is backwards. Truly an image of well constructed and researched commentary.
They absolutely do not know that about guns, really they probably curved it purely because they know that AK-47s have a 'banana clip' or some such movie term but they didn't know which direction it curves. It's a miracle the actual gun looks vaguely possible even though it's a sort've hodge-podge between a hunting rifle, a shotgun, and apparently an automatic rifle if its got that long of a magazine.

They're also under the impression lugging around a launcher on your back isn't going to summon the alphabet soup squad to your house due to a red flag warning or some such.

See, they saw a picture of some guy at a Subway with an inert AT4 on his back (during what I believe to have been a lockdown protest or the VA Gun Rights Rally) and now they think that pro-gun folks are such psychos they take long guns and heavy munitions everywhere they go.

One of the patterns I'm starting to see is impact font image macros with intentionally random buzzwords for the sole purpose of being a strawman against le rightoids and derailing discussion. You know, like the whole "Venezuela iPhone 100 billion dead" meme. This "meme voice actor" Gianni Matragrano has done two of these, his memes are generally funny but I'm starting to think either he's being commissioned by wokesters or is a wokester himself.

he also did the super unfunny "ur trans gener" meme, as well as some other cancer

I this an actual trend or just Gianni? I haven't seen anyone else doing it, but then again I don't visit sites where lefty memes would get posted.

They seem innocuous enough that they could just be absurdist humor to me, or maybe that's just me being foolishly optimistic.

There’s absurdist humor, and then there’s these blatant strawmen mocking a caricature of the opposition’s arguments.

>vote to make life better for everyone using the system
>hey guys I know the system which I helped vote for improved your lives but we should totally abolish it

If they genuinely believe they are making lives better for people with their votes then it's antithetical to vote that way. Ideally you'd want their lives to be as shit as possible to radicalize them and to make them lose hope in said system as happy people don't start revolutions

Where are the Cristeros when you need them?

This stupid fucking nigger also does multiple cartoons that show blacks dressed in silk and jewels confronting whites dressed in rotting furs, so not really sure how he reconciles these two viewpoints of black/white interaction.
He's a literal 'we wuz kangs' nigger who ignores the fact that every culture on earth, not just white ones, enslaved people and had imperialistic ambitions.
I've noticed he never criticizes the Ottoman empire, which was holding slave auctions into the 20th century. He's got a Muslim name too... what a coincidence.
