I know left wing memes usually explain too much, but this one is incredibly vague. Maybe if it were funny instead of extremely self righteous it would be tolerable.

Ackchyually, if people are living longer, that will mean more healthcare costs in the long term because older people soak up the vast majority of healthcare. When Social Security was first introduced, the government didn't expect it to cost nearly as much as our aging population does now. I also don't see how "less stress, more time for education" is Basic Income paying for itself.

As we've seen with current attempts to push the entire population through college, more education doesn't always equal better, more useful, or more profitable education. Sometimes the more universal education gets, the shittier it gets. I won't even mention how this will effect taxes and the labor supply, because that will depend a lot on how this is implemented, but rest assured it will impact them a lot, and there's a lot of ways it could backfire horrendously.

But most importantly, why the fuck do you have a picture a dirty little girl with a piece of bread that's probably from a production of Les Miserables? Are children going to receive UBI too? Oh, it's just a cheap emotional manipulation tactic? Okay then.

I'm glad all the upper-middle class white kids and fat, lazy NEETs are perfectly OK with the literal slavery, concentration camps, and deaths going on in Communist China, Venezuela, and North Korea. I really hope that this meme is some kind of troll, but sadly it probably isn't with how retarded the Left is these days.

But this is true. My university waited too long, and people got sick. My university also transitioned to online classes, and did not reduce tuition, despite not delivering on promised services. They charge me thousands of dollars for "necessities" like a campus pool, gym, library, and computers even though I can no longer use them

I agree the government should not force people to shut down their businesses, but it is in the universities best interested to transition to online classes during COVID-19. The professors are too old to risk exposure

Communism can work on a very small scale, like only a few thousand people. But everyone involved needs to believe in the system and want to cooperate, and there can't be a system in place for a few to accumulate power over the many. But as a form of national government it is a proven failure. The governed always lose any power they may have had and end up essentially property of the state, only working to improve the lives of those in power. The early years of the LDS/Mormon settlers in Utah (called Deseret by them) was essentially an early, pure form of Communism (though co-op might be more accurate), but it was governed by the LDS Church. It worked fine, but as I said the population was small and everyone was united by strong faith and a belief in the system.
