Uh no I'd rather not have my Dick Measurements leaked to everyone. I get laughed at enough IRL for having a 1 inch penis, I don't need people on here knowing that too.

They all are leaked because you can add any faggot to them. There is no such thing as a private DM here because Null is a fag and can't or won't figure out how to fix them. This has led to a lot of disasters and infighting here over the years. For newfags, never DM unless you don't care if anyone else knows.

I have no DM's so thankfully nothing will be leaked from the already empty bottle of a human that I am.

That is purposeful feature of Kiwi DM's by Null to help ensure that random sexual degenerates and criminal A-logs aren't secretly using the forums services to commit illegal activity. When everyone can be privy to ones nefarious schemes, it help dissuades the negative and harmful behavior that plagues so much of the internet.

I was lurking before I registered. Though I don't remember such an event; however the banning of politispergs for being dramawhores about DM's seems like an absolute win to me regardless of the details. If anything the argument for the transparency of DM's seems to have only been bolstered by such a display.

Oh it is the whole reason Moai heads exist and was a huge existential issue for the site. Just one dumb DM did it.

An Interesting bit of history, thank you. However I'm happy that there has been a consistent thrust towards an honest mostly neutral disposition for the site and open DM's whose privacy is built on individual trust seems to have proven a good litmus test for that continued future.

We do; it's just that the onus is on you the individual to maintain your own privacy and no one else's. It's as basic as not revealing deeply personal anecdotes only you would know, which many a lolcow documented here cannot grasp.
