Not a mental health professional nor work in the field so whatever I tell you is alleged and by all intensive purposes may be false.

He seemed to be on some type of psychoactive stimulant based on the usual behaviors associated with the drug during the Hasan shock collar video, which is admittedly when I though he used cocaine. However now that he has told us about his diagnosis it may have been mania or hypo mania and not cocaine. Stating he is on substances was rash on my end and may not be the case, it was based on information at the time.

Again. Not a mental health professional. Reading about psychology and substances does not equate finishing school and working in the field with all relevant tests. My statement should not be taken as fact and should be taken with a massive grain of salt.

Not confirmed without a shadow of a doubt. Self medication happens with the disorder but it does not mean he indulges in it until proven otherwise. Stating it was confirmed was wrong on my end.

My notes for Legal Mindset's Part 2 video on Tectone.

My notes are just on Andrew's comments about himself. But well worth watching to see all of the crap going on in the Tectone case.

* Andrew is doing nicotine pouches since he can't vape legally in Thailand.

* Mentions Tectone has tested positive for low Testosterone. Doesn't mention his own status that others have speculated about here in this thread. I think he would have said something as he readily admits his mental issues.

* Mentions his change in meds has messed with this sleep. So he does streams when he is awake.

* Mentions in reference to tectone that bipolar is not an excuse to sperg out and you need to keep that under control. Andrew also references his own issues when he says this about Tectone.

I have to admit that Andrew is doing a mostly reasonable job of taking responsibility.

* Andrew was taking something last year that would make him super sleepy, and leave him with a hang over the next day. (Relating to Tectone's schizo med issues.)

* He will be doing a Part 3 later. It was a 225 page document. He got over half way through an extremely long stream. I am glad he was smart enough to take a break. It shows that he is wise enough to pace himself, instead of going totally manic and blowing himself out of the water.

From what I understood, tectone recently lost his CIVIL lawsuit against his ex gf pinkychu and had a 10 years protective restraining order of some sort and is also not allowed to own guns for 10 years. Mizkif took this opportunity to put tectone on blast to gloat. It seems that mizkif is not only involved in the proceedings, pinkychu also leaked records to him so he can do the gloating. This got ppl on twitter who hated tectone (everyone apparently) to cheer because to them this is proof that tectone is a sex predator/pest (pinkychu's allegations)

Anyway, LM got a hold of the court documents and started reading them on stream while prefacing that he is biased towards tectone (they've been interacting back and forth through reacting to each other's clips on stream, glazing each other) Lots of people are unhappy about this because they think he doxed pinkychu with documents that he is not supposed to have. LM says it's public records, people argued otherwise. Then it was found out the court fucked up and released it by mistake, which LM said that that's on the courts not him. Lots of twitter are not accepting this because they remember LM denouncing the dog shocker for doxing other streamers he didnt like with official records too. They think LM should have done due dilligence.

Now I say lots because it's not all since people found out from the doc LM read that pinkychu is highly unreliable with most of the allegations being 'regret' sex, like claiming that tectone abused her on a specific instance but the dms show her to be initiating first by asking to suck tectone's dick, etc etc. That plus the fact that it's civil suit where you don't need as much evidence as criminal trial, plus the fact that pinkychu dropped the criminal case very early got people thinking that the trial is bullshit (me too btw) I think this is the part where pinkychu started screeching on twitter and claims to have panic moved house as a result.

LM himself seems to think that tectone got fucked over by an activist judge. His horse vtuber friend who covers vtuber drama seems to disagree, claiming that from her own research it's actually the opposite, saying that this court has a track record of 'failing' the victims instead and claims LM's fast facts video has no facts. I didn't listen to this one to the end so I have no idea if this ended up with further drama.

Someone correct me if there's anything wrong cause I mostly listened while I was highly preoccupied.

But in reviewing them, I believe he stated that this looks favorable to Tectone. It isn't uncommon that one of the lawyers will state their opinion if the legal documents appear to favor one side or another. Or any individual piece of evidence.

As far as "doxxing" goes, Legal Mindset is very contentious about not showing personal addresses or phone numbers on streams. Did he do that by mistake? Or are they just claiming that showing that 225 page document is "doxxing" in and of itself?

No, he showed people's addresses through court documents that were ment to be sealed and only unsealed through a glitch in the county court. He did the true form of doxing.

No, he started the stream admitting that he would have a bias towards tectone because he was already friendly to tectone.

At the start of his stream, he mentioned that he had to cut down on alcohol as that was causing him some problems. (bipolar? he really should completely cut that out). Said he is going to switch to smoking. evaps are technically illegal in thailand, but are readily available everywhere. It is election year. He got busted by cops with a e-cig and fined.

He also said he is going to try and cut down on hentia too. But he is now gooning over goth girls.

I think he has a stuffed emotional support hippo behind him.

Andrew stated he gets addicted to toxic relationships. Specifically the women who know how to say thing they know will really piss you off. He loves the highs and lows. Also mentions his bipolar disorder in conjunction with this. Some chicks really do be crazy, but god forbid you get with a man who is into crazy chicks and does not learn & decide that they are not worth the trouble.

Andrew strongly advised against mixing your personal assistant with being your girlfriend. He made this mistake and it is borderline unethical.

Stated that he is Bipolar Type 2 also, to another commenter.

Stated that he knows rebound relationships are a bad idea and the first relationship you have afterwards can probably be not the best.

I used to work for a Japanese company as a field engineer. What is going on with Legal Mindset is pretty common with western expats, especially the ones that don't have a real job.

Near as I can tell, he is at best a white monkey for a firm or two that specializes in West expats getting long term visas. He probably only gets a finder fee and chances are since his channel took off, he stopped doing that as I doubt it's very lucrative.

If you ever work overseas, you'll run into these "fixers" all the time. Usually they want you to buy drugs or something.

Speaking of which, I highly suspect he is abusing meth. The over sharing and sexualized nature of his current content runs pretty similar to my prior dealings with meth addicts. And I've run into plenty of meth addicts that use the drug as a means to self medicate for mental issues.

Meth is king in Asia. It's made in massive qualities by the DPRK. It's popular in Asia because it doesn't stay in your system long. For places like the ROK, China, and Japan, with so little off time from work, the ability to be awake all weekend long is desirable.

I think he needs to get a real job, but being based in Thailand, I'm at a loss of what legitimate work he could do. The saying "idle hands are the devil's playthings" is pretty apt with a lot of people.

It is what it is. This whole tailspin is pretty much a cliche at this point.
 
@JustStopDude In one of Legal Mindset's recent videos he mentioned dealing with "mental health AND OTHER ISSUES" and how stressful that was.

He didn't specify what those other issues were. That left it up to our imaginations. It could be:
* A death in the family (but he would mention that wouldn't he?)
* Him being sued... (but that would come out wouldn't it?)
* Criminal prosecution or criminal investigation (he admitted to getting nailed for smoking an e-cig in Thailand, but that is like a speeding ticket).
* Substance abuse and dependency (He makes a big deal about him reducing his alcohol consumption... maybe he is confessing to the easy stuff.)
* Physical illness (but he already admitted to a mental illness so why hide something like that).
* Maybe he knocked up a paid bar-girl... or being blackmailed by a paid bar-girl. (It would be funny if he skips countries to avoid child support so the girl gives up, or sees it is hopeless and aborts... OK maybe not funny)

All said and done, you are the only person who has made a reasonable suggestion as to why his "other issues" might be.

I'm just spit balling. Ultimately, the more important thing is him pulling up and getting his shit together. But it's really rare for a streamer or an expat to get their shit together. The lifestyles aren't conducive to that.

And LM is both. It's really hard to get clean/stay on your meds/get job/whatever the fuck you need to do, when you have an audience of pay pigs encouraging you back into bad habits.

I was going to point you over to Legal Mindset's channel on Odysee, some of the streams he closed on YT were still open over there. But it looks like his channel has been deleted/hidden?

I linked his meltdown stream (it's locally archived on this thread) in the Tectone thread for a poster interested in finding out more about LM 9 days ago. I clicked on the same link just now and it came up with this:

Ok... So he deleted the video I thought. I searched for his channel name and got this:

My understanding is he has been deleting a lot of his content, especially the passport bro stuff.

Kind of crazy how sobriety leads to damage control.
 
About 2 hours into Meme Copium's stream here:
Meme mentioned that LEGAL MINDSET apparently has some old cosplay pics out there, that he found while doing research when Andrew was getting eyes on him (around the early Johnny Somali in Korea stuff?). Meme declined to share the photos of Andrew dressed up in cosplay at a con, but they are apparently out there.
