Kurt is well known for being unable to handle anyone pushing back on him. He also has instructed his mods to protect his hugbox. I would be curious to see how big the ban list is on his channel.
The way he rages at his paid members and fans, I’d love to see him deal with unmoderated chat. He seems completely unable to stream without closely monitoring and responding to what’s said in real-time.

What’s funny is that he replies to comments on his videos with the most canned responses, usually a poor attempt at humor and always concluding with three emojis. It’s almost like he’s paid someone to write canned “humorous” responses he can paste and pretend he’s unbothered.

When he's in chat on someone else's stream if someone says something to him that he doesn't like he will block them. I think I saw awhile ago that he had banned people from Potentially Criminal's chat for saying stuff he didn't like. Sean had apparently made him mod at some point, I believe to see his messages easier.

The Miami Herald last week reported on it:
What can you expect of someone so fucking retarded he picked Prick Drunkieta to write a foreword for his gay book about Christianity, when Balldo openly says he doesn't even believe Jesus died for our sins and was basically just some guy.

It’s effectively the worst thing you can say about Christianity because it’s a very soft way of saying you think Christ was a charlatan and the religion is bullshit. St. Paul outlines this in Corinthians that without the Resurrection, without being the begotten Son of God, then Christians are to be pitied because they worship a conman.

It’s worse for Nick because he was raised in the faith. If some nonbeliever says it then it’s whatever, but Nick still styles himself as a believer.

Gosney should have not gone on with Nick, but Gosney is retarded or naive. Don’t write pornography without a pseudonym. I didn’t even write short stories without divorcing myself from the works out of embarrassment (mostly just fantasy stories).

Branca's take was based on the fact that he's a bootlicker. I don't think I've ever seen him say a cop was wrong for a shooting.
Find me a cop shooting where he thought the cop was in the wrong. I haven't seen it yet.
Acorn cop.

In fairness, Branca agreed that acorn cop was a fucking idiot and 100% wrong. That shoot was so dumb, even Branca couldn't defend it. It's a miracle the suspect in the back of the car wasn't killed. Or even hit.

That said, you are correct that he will side with the cops like 99% of time, and I have given him shit for it here. I am happy to see others do as well.

A good standard I have found is that Donut Operator (former LEO, and very pro LEO) says a shoot is bad, and Branca says it's good, Branca is not only wrong, but ridiculously so.

Example: DO correctly said the Atatiana Jefferson shoot was bad. Branca sided with Dean. Dean was convicted.

Nick just has sour grapes because he knows he’ll never have as many disciples, by legitimate means or otherwise.

Gosney needs to pump the brakes on being the self-appointed mascot for Christianity while he reflects a lot more on his own choices and conduct. There are infinitely better odds of him doing so than Nick, but that’s not saying much.

I think Nick resents Christianity as a whole because he still needs to put on airs for his parents. He wants to be a degenerate who can fuck around, do drugs, and be the cool kid he never was.

Gosney is a born again Catholic. Any type of Born-again is obnoxious, but born-again Catholics suffer from not learning the Orthodoxy and thinking Christianity is a pacifist religion. Christianity is not a conquest religion like Islam, but it is a fighting religion. You aren’t supposed to passively let people fall into sin.

Gosney's major sin, in my mind, was burying his head in the sand with Nick. All for book sales. His salvation, in part, lies with getting the fuck away from Nick.

There's some indication he might have gotten that message because it was pointed out a while back that the "Foreword by Nick Rekieta" is now omitted from his book.

Prepare_3d_ebook_cover_4.jpg

I won't take credit for that, but I am smiling inwardly that he did that after I said in the Rekieta thread he totally needs to do it. It might even explain why the Miami Herald didn't notice the connection.

EDIT: Missing word.

I saw this in one of Sean's chats, but writing both a kid's book and a smut book, under the same name, is just stupid. Gosney easily could have (and I would argue should have) used a pen name on the porno. He could have done that "This book about BDSM law, *by my good friend*, is now up."

But no, everything's fine. Let a kid who enjoys his little book about what, a cat or a dog, find a bondage book by the same author.

I'm divided on whether he should have been run off his job for the adult book (he's no doubt a competent lawyer), but his naivety about politics in government just reinforces my view of him of not having a realistic understanding of the world.

Gosney to me had starstruck vibes when he went on stream with Nick almost like he was looking up to him.
That's incredible worrying because Gosney is a hundred times more accomplished as a lawyer. To me the guy seems like someone that wasn't that popular as a kid and is now sucking up to the cool kids so he can finally be someone. Problem with that is, he is extremely accomplished in his work life. The fact that he feels the need to do that, points to a deeper insecurity. And if you are insecure and have an online presence you are screwed.

He should just go offline, because I don't think it will end well if he continues on this path.

That shit was never cool even when you WERE a kid, any more than smoking and getting lung cancer was. It becomes increasingly pathetic and cringy as you enter middle age, but Nick found the most pathetic and cringe version of it imaginable, where you pretend to be the teenager you never were after already having a family and kids, and burning what's actually valuable in your life to the ground.

What an absolute, unalloyed piece of 24 karat shit Nick is. It would be pathetic enough if his own life were the only life he ruined with his sick, twisted, demonic bullshit.

I don't know if I'm going out on a limb here, but he might just have a touch of the tism.

He certainly wouldn't be the first lawyer somewhere on the spectrum.

Gosney's Death Penalty Desires saga began in public on this Legal Vices Stream at 1:17:48. The idea was introduced by chatter David Nelson and Gosney jumped at the idea. He did some subsequent streams on his channel in which he worked on a few sections. (But not with the worst stuff I don't think. The article about him makes it sound quite bad and I wonder how his chat would've reacted to some of that. The writing parts that I remember him doing were pretty dull, but I wasn't paying close attention to him or his chat on those so it's not impossible that there were some glaring parts there.)

This is likely ultimately true since Gosney saw Nick messed up in Las Vegas and he did go to dinner with him in Florida. Nick did stream that night, starting late. But I do believe him to some degree that he didn't know as much as he could have due to the late hours that Nick streamed. Also Gosney did always, even early on, draw a distinction between daytime Nick and frat boy nighttime Nick, maintaining a stated preference for the daytime streams. Both for the schedule and the content.

Not to neglect the fact that Gosney did have truly cringe moments sprinkled in for a long time, though. "Looking out for the chat" and telling Dani Ahn to get a book from the shelf behind her, being keenly interested in Stef the Alter Nerd's "milkshake dance," pushing his sidecar consumption again and again past his point of his comfort level. These things were always touted as "all in good fun" and there was lots of his regular type of content so it made it easy enough to disregard. I have liked and would like his streams going forward, but he's definitely got a weird streak to him.

Nick is typical of any loser that gets popular late in life and doesn’t have people around him to check him. It’s why he wore a hot topic belt and leather jacket to Mar-A-Lago (I maintain that Nick likely could’ve parlayed his into streaming at the RNC or doing coverage with someone like Tim Pool or Rumble putting together a panel with him as one of the cohosts).

Nick is trying to be his idea of cool from shitty movies he watched with Drexel as a teenager.

Steve Gosney seems like he’s having a very gay midlife crisis where he found God and turned to Nick for spiritual advice because Nick was a former Catholic and taught Bible school (before getting fired). He saw Nick as a rockstar and didn’t realize Nick is a fucking loser.

Well, the problem is he wasn't run off the job for an "adult book." He was run off the job for said adult book containing phases like "camel jockey" and passages that disparaged troons. He was run off the job for writing an adult book that wasn't politically correct. SJWs don't care about smut and degeneracy. They wallow in it. You just better use the right terms and pronouns and shit. 🙄

I mean, FFS, the language the article cited as "problematic" would fit right in on KF (although I believe the preferred nomenclature around here for arabs is "sand nigger").

Was he naive AF? Absolutely.

The way this played out kinda don't sit right with me though. I hope he lands on his feet, and stays the fuck away from Nick.

He saw Nick as a rockstar and didn’t realize Nick is a fucking loser.
It happens. Many such cases.

That's one of the amazing parts. The LITERAL Hot Topic belt. What kind of absolutely cringy faggot even wears such a thing? At 40 years old. Lmao lol wut? How can he be this cringe?

My bigger issue was he and his wife looked out of place. Kayla looked like a fucking low rent whore with Nick looking like the pimps awkward brother who tries to look tough so people don’t get frisky with the merchandise.

The Mar-A-Largo movie premiere was a networking event and Nick didn’t just squander it, he made whoever got him an in look like an ass. He showed himself not just to be an unserious person, but a fucking retard.
Whatever you think of Trump or politics, that was an in to bigger and better things.
