During the Amber Heard trial, when Heard was testifying, literally everyone on LegalBytes panel knew she was lying and trying to manipulate the jury with her fake tears. Except for Kurt. I can't remember what he said verbatim, and I'd have to trawl through all of LegalBytes streams to find the part, but he was going on about how he's more analytical about what a person says and not how they say it, so he wasn't necessarily sure if Amber Heard was lying or not when she clearly was.

My guess is the smoking stopped likely around the hop to RT, as she also said smoking was an appetite suppressant for her.

Does anyone have a theory for what is it about the legal orbiter community, whether it be on YouTube or Twitter, that seems to attract more spergs than other communities as of late? None of the content creators seem to radiate terrible social skills or some kind of tism more than other regular creators, aside from Kurt and sometimes Joe, yet scrolling through comments or chat makes it seem like there's a large and growing percentage of the audience that have no social awareness at all. Or am I just noticing it more now and it's always been like this?

My guess is they're closely adjacent to the true crime demographic, so it's only natural that social media lawyers, their orbiters, and audience attract a greater number of spergs. As for Rekeita, he started out covering lolsuits so he chose the path of the sperg and became quite good at navigating those treacherous waters.
