I watched Legal Mindset's video and he sets out his rebuttals in quite a bit of detail

Some highlights
- notes he has no US criminal record
- mentions he's returned to the US annually since at least 2021, shows a picture of LegalBytes' wedding
- apparently d'Adesky was engaged in 2017 and monogamous (though it didn't work out) during the period of the defamed allegations
- Andrew taunts a little more, claiming he was a an Anime nerd at the time in 2017 rather than the cocky VTuber lawyer we know now. He implies there's a zero view YT channel circa 2077 with Anime reviews no one has found yet,
- says Novell became unhinged after being spurned for his documentary in March 2024
- d'Adesky gives a timeline of the defamation, apparently Novell publicly accused him of sex crimes in Aprll 2024 before he'd even received any requested FOIA documents
- Novell apparentlly is a compulsive liar, pretending that he didn't know about/start looking into LM until June, 10 days before his doc release. LM showed receipts re: chronology & inconsistencies.
- The Johnny Somali Discord apparently has a top level called the Somali Intelligence Agency constantly running gays ops on Andrew
- Andrew claims he is still part of the Florida bar
- LM mentions that Florida is a jurisdiction with some of the most transparent and extensive FOIA disclosures, which is where "Florida Man" memes emerge from due to mugshots, etc. If there were charges, they'd be publicly available.
- Says Novell is making up disinformation based on a break-in and police report where LM was the victim and had some paper legal briefs and a walled garden workphone stolen. Novell has some sort of narrative that the phone was missing for 4 days for nefarious reasons, possibly related to CSAM/revenge porn. LM states he only used the workphone once a month for business trips exclusively, didn't even realize it had been stolen until police recovering it 4 days later.
- LM notes himself that all jurisdictions in SEA he has lived as an expat: Japan, SK, Philippines and Thailand, all have extraditiom treaties with the US.

Popehat has a terminally online lawsperg for like 20+ years at this point and has ended up in the loony bin a couple of times. He's always been a neurotic liberal and was on the ground floor of TDS. Him losing his mind is a day that ends in Y. I tend to give him credit for using his platform to find pro bono counsel for 1A cases, but he ghosted Null instantly after realising who he was so ultimately he can eat shit.

I don't know if I'd consider him part of LawTube though. He's always been centered around his blog and Twitter.

Ever since he joined Bluesky, he has gotten much worse and has doubled down on his extreme left-wing views. His claim that crime in D.C. has been down for 30 years is a huge red flag that he's dishonest, possibly even a Kamala Harris voter. Honestly, he seems literally insane.

He is, or was, an actually respected First Amendment lawyer. He has kind of lost his mind since then, though. Balldo, being the loser that he is, took his whole BALLDOPOPE license plate thing as some kind of weird dis against Ken. He can't do anything original and he is a fag.
 
Popehat is much like Leonard French. He came before law tube and is kind of different/separate but also crossed over.

Also just like French he's a weirdo with severe emotional problems.

Everyone sleeps on the Leonard French video of him having a crying breakdown in his car about how he almost had to defend him self with his firearm (he's one of those left wing gun guys), and when he tells the story he just had some guy kinda yell at him over traffic stuff. It was keno.

He was downright libertarian back in the day compared to where he ended up. Hell, he and Randazza were pretty tight (as far as I know they’re still friendly). But Ken lost his mind. For some reason his decline reminds me of Charles Johnson from Little Green Footballs, who went from hardcore pro-Iraq War conservative to loony liberal.

He made his fame when he was a (relatively) stable actual practicing lawyer both litigating First Amendment cases (on the good guy side) and defending free speech in general, while also popularizing First Amendment issues in a good way.

I can't bring myself to hate him in his current incarnation even though he has become more than a bit of a lolcow.

He hasn't been the same since his downfall and being doxxed online. It's unfortunate that he supports censorship and the government arresting bad people, but it seems like he's more upset about the government targeting him for his views and his support for Democrats. He doesn't come across as smart, and his lies are pretty bad. He should lose his license to practice law, just like his jealous ex-boyfriend Nick Rekieta. The balldo saga never seems to end for these controversial figures. The real question is when Ken White might spiral out of control and do something drastic. Ken gives off the impression of someone who could harm himself or others. Honestly, it's unsettling to think about, but he needs serious mental health support because spending all his time online and engaging in politics clearly isn't helping him.
