Never heard of this creature but can confirm vitaligo.

I wonder if she’s been using some bleaching creams that have caused premature aging as she looks far older than 41. Strange looking boy, stranger looking woman.

The bleached hair, bad eyebrows, and really bad botox are ageing her by at least 10 years. She also looks like she's had a poor eyelift done but that could just be more bad botox.

I'm sure he means activated charcoal toothpaste. There are benefits to it, as well as cons, plus the usual natural/homeopathic pseudo science. The tl;dr is that using it a couple times a week can help fight stains, re-mineralize your teeth, and regulate the bacteria in your mouth. It is abrasive, how much depends on the brand, and using it too often can prematurely wear away enamel.

I've heard that consuming activated charcoal can fuck up your digestive system but I'm not too familiar with it. I generally avoid it for anything other than the occasional face mask or something

It's sometimes used to neutralize ingested poison. I've never heard any severe side effects, but toothpaste that has activated charcoal in it has a "do not swallow warning" on it like every other toothpaste.
 
That Keith Allen documentary wow..fascinating stuff, honestly. I know this is just armchair psychology but considering they gave themselves doctors degrees in various therapies, it only seems fair.

I’m going with Histrionic Personality Disorder for the mother, absolutely.
