Lots of filters, her head is angled to obscure a lot of her plastic surgery, and her hair is covering up a good part of her face.

If it hadn't known, I'd would've thought some sort of troon, but here a Jewish woman started out a bit annoyed at her nose (or whatever) and the rest is history. It's like on Fr Ted where he sees a little nick on the raffle car and keeps hammering away until the car's not really in a good state any more.
