He’s more like the left-wing version of Sheldon Adelson or the Koch Brothers in that he’s financing political organizations and candidates via his various foundations. The Open Society Foundations spend $500 million annually on various and sundry causes.

For quite a few, especially on the far-right, he also provides a politically correct way to sperg about the Jews while allowing them to maintain enough plausible deniability that you can't technically *prove* they're implying that there's a shadowy Jewish cabal ruling everything.

She's not Canadian though. She's American. Though she does act like she's from Calgary so I had to do some light digging. The Rebel has a few "reporters" there and enjoy disrupting anything the NDP does, which is fine because Notley is shit, but I agree with her that the The Rebel isn't a news agency and no of the people working there are journalists.
 
Heh alex runs his mouth about defying the goverment but when the big boys actually take notice because he's done something genuinly destructive his balls pack up and leave. Laura seems genuinly unhinged is a low key sort of way, I imagine a lot of these sort of people work for Cosmo or Jezebel but having a lot of them in one place seems to allow them to regulate to contruct a psuado sanity while the boss tells you "no that's a bad idea don't do that." . Laura's what happens when you let one out in the wild for too long with people who have no idea what they're doing with her because they're also stupid and crazy.
Also she needs to work on her makeup and hair, it should compliment the face rather than try to pretend she looks like a petit natural blonde.
